Same-Day Counseling Appointments

Sometimes, you need someone to talk to sooner rather than later. The Counseling Connection offers a limited number of same-day counseling appointments to help members of our community access support quickly and affordably.

Same-day appointments are typically available during the regular Fort Hays State University academic schedule and are provided by graduate-level counseling and clinical social work interns. Each intern works under the guidance and supervision of an experienced, licensed mental health professional at The Counseling Connection.

Our partnership with Fort Hays State University allows us to provide reduced-fee counseling options while giving interns valuable, hands-on experience in a supportive clinical environment.

We understand that financial circumstances are different for every individual and family. Affordable options may be available, and we encourage you to contact our office to learn more.

Availability is limited and may vary based on the university schedule, holidays, staffing, and current appointment demand.
